most days , i go on walks that add up to around 600 calories burnt.(underestimated due to gmaps)
however, ive done a couple of 800- 1000 days sometimes , like on wednesdays and saturdays and this week monday too.
i have this to eat each day
1 - 59 cal breakfast bar
1- braeburn apple
1- bottle of mineral water
no lunch, maybe a coke zero.
for dinner 1 tin of heinz spaghetti bolognese.
1 pear
1 coke zero
how much is this i total? should i rest my legs somedays, as they do ache sometimes? any suggestions for when ?
im 16 , 6ft and weigh around 98lbs but please answer my above queries before jumping straight to the obvious issue.

If those measurements are real you are WAAYY under weight, and that diet is not healthy. research some gym sites with trainers and educate yourself.Amino-Z has excellent articles. Yes you do need to rest your legs even body builders will rest there body,there is a time called "the recovery " if you don`t let your muscles recover you get burnout and this could lead to damage such as pulled muscles ligaments etc.Should i rest my legs?
You weight 98 lbs and you are 6ft tall? You seem to be underweight. Get help with your food/weight issues asap - life is too short to struggle like this.
