What i did yesterday was it safe?

yeseterday according to gmaps pedometer (which ive now been told underestimates the calories burnt and full distance) i apparently burnt around 900+ calories walking. and yes i did alot of long walks so it is possible. however, is it accurate or does it really undestimate like ive heard :/ ?



also is it safe to be burning off around 1000 calories a day ? (like i did)

when all i had to eat was 2 big bags of pick and mix one midday and one at night? (fizzy and jelly sweets only) ?



finally after you've read all this and commented on it, i am 16 6ft and weigh around 98lbs. yep .What i did yesterday was it safe?
If you're six feet tall and you weigh less then 100 pounds, you are in SERIOUS trouble. That's incredibly unhealthy and you probably look like a skeleton.

No, that is not healthy...if you're anorexic, which it sounds like you might be (and you know it) you could be seriously damaging your vital organs (Heart) and could seriously jeopordize the quality and longevity of your life.

Whoa! Hey bro sorry to say but that def. isn't good. Try to eat more protein and burn less calories. It's unhealthy to do that when you are 6ft. and 98lbs. I'm 18, 6ft. and 175lbs. Really...just take better care of your body.
don't recommend you do this, especially if you eat like that regularly. Since you are only 16, it was more easy for you to not pass out I guess. Eat at least 2600 healthy calories and if you like to walk and burn calories, do only 200 maximum for your age. You are very thin and need as much calorie intake as possible, not burning so much. Go to your doctor with your parents and have him offer some good advice regarding diet, nutrition and exercise. I hope this helps.

You are WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY underweight and need to be more worried about consuming calories than burning them!!!!



A good way to calculate what you should weigh, FOR GUYS, is to start at 5'0" and have that be worth 105 pounds. Add seven pounds for every inch taller you are.



5'0" = 105

+ you are 12" taller (12*7=63)



105+63=168



168 is THE MINIMUM you should weigh if you have a small frame for your height!!!
wow u need some help..are you anorexic? You need to gain some weight..
ok yeah thats extremely unhealthy. 6ft 98lbs. dude. please dont burn that many. thats NOT NOT NOT good! omg. no. its good to exersise but not THAT much that you weigh less than 100 pounds at 6ft! your body mass is like 11! thats anerexia weight. this is not a healty way to stay fit.!
