What i did yesterday was it safe?

yesterday according to gmaps pedometer (which ive now been told underestimates the calories burnt and full distance) i apparently burnt around 900+ calories walking. and yes i did alot of long walks so it is possible. however, is it accurate or does it really undestimate like ive heard :/ ?



also is it safe to be burning off around 1000 calories a day ? (like i did)

when all i had to eat was 2 big bags of pick and mix one midday and one at night? (fizzy and jelly sweets only) ?



finally after you've read all this and commented on it, i am 16 6ft and weigh around 98lbs. yep .What i did yesterday was it safe?
if you are 6 feet tall and weigh 98 pounds, you should be looking to GAIN weight, not lose it. You can't look healthy at that height and weight...

Sounds like your anorexic, eating incorrectly and addicted to exercise. Probably should get some help with that, you're severely underweight.What i did yesterday was it safe?
i'm no doctor, but at your height/weight, i don't think you should be worrying about burning calories. and eating just candy all day is not healthy. you should try to eat well balanced meals, with lots of vegetables, some fruit, and lean protein.
you don't need to loose weight i am younger than you and i weigh just a couplelbs lighter than you. i think you shouldn't try to burn 1000 calories a day. maybe every once in a while to keep in shape like if you eat a LOT.
